Lunch n Learn presentation.

Putting the Puzzle Together (7 hours).

This program is designed to provide mandated reporters with insights into the roles and responsibilities of Child Protective Services and other CAST team member agencies have after a Child Abuse Report has been received. The training follows a case from the initial Child Abuse Report through the Juvenile Court process. A tour of Orangewood Children's Home and observation of a mock trial are also included in this training.

Lunch 'N Learn Presentations, 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. (one hour), held the second Thursday each month.

Monthly educational lectures, which focus on a variety of topics related to child abuse identification, prevention and intervention services, child health and wellness, and medical issues related to child abuse.

Law Enforcement Meeting, 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. (one hour), meets periodically throughout the year.

A meeting hosted by the CAST District Attorney for all law enforcement officers and Probation and Social Services staff. This on-site meeting provides legal updates, training, and a forum for the exchange of information between different law enforcement agencies. Guest speakers lecture on a variety of relevant topics. The meeting is also open to all interested parties.
