The Social Services Agency (SSA) respects the individual’s right to access information concerning conduct of Agency business, unless the information is “exempt from public disclosure”. SSA continues to apply best practices in business operations including the development of written policies that provide SSA employees with written documentation defining their roles and responsibilities within predefined limits. These policies are revised on a periodic basis. Although SSA strives to provide the most current version of these documents on this website, certain policies may currently be undergoing revision, thus, updated versions may be posted on this website at a later date.
